This is a great article! Flows are a great way to design great conversations, automate customer service and keep your customers happy. However, I want to add that it’s important that interactions are not based exclusively on them. Chatbots that are 100% flow-based offer limited answers, the dialogue is based on static options and the user can’t ask other questions apart from the preset ones. Chatbot flows work way better when combined with Artificial Intelligence and natural language understanding. This way, customers will be able to say something different besides the options the chatbots keeps offering.
