When it comes to consumer experience, the market is still looking for simpler, faster ways to find out the details of the consumer journey, predict planned action results and customize the experience of each person who interacts with a particular brand. Addressing this demand, Google announced the expansion of AutoML and Smart Analytics solutions for the marketing analytics areas at Google Cloud Next, held in early April in San Francisco.

The development comes at an important time, when everyone wants to improve the experience provided to consumers. According to Google, only 13% of companies are able to exploit their consumer data. However, 81% of companies believe that the biggest challenge among their competitors in the next two years will be precisely the improvement of the customer’s experience.

In practice, Google’s solutions based on artificial intelligence will help solve business challenges with the data that is already available within companies, and reduce the time between analysis and action. The Cloud AI Platform and AutoML (Table, Vision, NLP) solutions will help you to do LTV (Lifetime Value) calculations, clustering, understand brand interactions and predict results based on historical data in your DataWarehouse.

Smart Analytics reinforces the ever-increasing use of BigQuery as a tool to store customer data securely, while respecting privacy laws. As well as doing real-time analysis, the solution will allow different areas to evaluate the company’s data ecosystem, helping to break silos and increase collaboration between intelligence, marketing and IT teams. All this with a single purpose: consumer experience.
